About me:

Lifelong learning and the continuous development of one’ s own personality are a matter of course for me. After studying sports science at the German Sport University Cologne, I graduated with a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Organisational Development (Technical University of Kaiserslautern) and an Executive MBA at Manchester Business School. I draw my practical experience from international motorsport as well as from management positions in corporate groups and medium-sized companies. My interdisciplinary research on “Personal Branding of Top Managers” as part of a successfully completed doctoral programme at the University of Twente contributes in particular to my many years of work as a business coach for executives and top managers. In addition to publications in renowned journals, presentations at international conferences and key note speeches, I also bridge the gap between science and practice as well as research and application.
